DSofT and Pulse

Can someone let me know if these are going to be released on DVD or are they already available?

From what I've read Pulse is to be released on December 6th in North America. I also read in an interview with Nick Mason that they will not release DSoT on DVD because the band feels that Pulse is their definitive performance.

Just posted this on the above thread but here goes again...PULSE release date will be July 11, 2006. It is the offical date from David's site. There is supposed to be LOADS of extra's so I am looking forward to this one.

I definitely would love to see DSOT released on DVD. They should re-edit and reproduce it, to make it look like a normal concert video(ie Pulse).

They could do what they did with the Pompeii DVD. Have the re-edited version as well as the regular one(the one that came out on VHS).

As a bonus, they could include other stuff from the same tour. The Atlanta 87 show looks like it could be made into decent concert footage, if fixed up.

Surely this stuff must be lying somewhere in the vaults.
