What makes this movie so rewatchable

This movie had a low budget, yet for some reason is very entertaining. It never gets old and is a movie I can watch again from time to time. Other movies are really good, but I would not watch them more than once. This movie just holds up, and is awesome every time you watch it again. The slow motion is really cool, and the fight scenes are cool. Some movies like Rocky for instance, you can just watch a bunch of times over the years, and they still deliver.
