I randomly found the Cyborg DVD in my supermarket discount bin for $4.00 and I picked it up.
The DVD also includes the Van Damme films Death Warrant and Double Impact.
I found this weird since only Cyborg was featured on the front and back of the DVD and there was no mention of the other 2 films being included with it.
MGM/Fox did release a 3-pack of those films a few years back, but they had artwork reflective of all three movies. Sounds like yours got slipped into a case with leftover "Cyborg"-only art.
Was it three separate discs, or all movies on one? Some discount company is about to re-release this triple pack, but with all the movies squeezed onto one disc. The quality is probably going to be WONDERFUL.

Cyborg, Death Warrant and Double Impact for $4? Nice. That's practically half of Van Damme's "good"(As in, entertaining and rewatchable) output.
sharelol i have the same JCVD 3-pack. Bought it at a wal-mart about 8 months ago with the proper artwork though.
What did i do after? Printed out a Cyborg DVD sleeve to put over it heheh.
I just picked it up for $5 @ Wallyworld too. Even at that low price I agonized over the purchase for a good 2-3 minutes, staring at it as if the answer were hidden there on the cover waiting to reveal itself to me like one of those paintings at the mall.
Needless to say, it accurately shows all three flicks on the cover. I never would've forked over a five spot for one of them alone.
