Why the hell would those policemen/paramedics pick up Tracey Thurman like that when she most likely had a broken neck!?!

In court, Burton Weinstein asked Officer Cooper/Bray/Sergeant Kangas about the May 25th complaint of Tracey Thurman but when she went to the police station, it said it was June 1983. Is this the same complaint?

When Jessy Nagel talked about a problem on October 22nd where Tracey did not ask for Buck's arrest and only asked for him to be moved off the premices, what occurance was this? Thanks.
