What is it about green eyed women mostly doing WomenInPeril type movies?

Let's see, green eyed women are known to do mostly women in peril type movies, women in distress type movies, and movies featuring women battling personal demons. (Nancy McKeon), this movie, Baby Snatcher, Strange Voices, In My Sister's Shadow, This Child is Mine. (Robin Tunney), The Craft(yes, witches are also women in peril), End of Days, Vertical Limit(her character had mental problem's relating to her dad's death). (Aklicia Silverstone), The Crush, Clueless, Eccess Baggage. Am I right? And the queen of Women in peril movies is not even Nancy McKeon herself, but Michelle Pheiffer. These women will never be leads in Sandra Bullock or Julia Robert's type comedy type movies. Maybe it's just a curse in their eye-line. Let's see, Nancy McKeon, Michelle Pheiffer, mostly women in peril type movies. Julia Roberts, Sandra Bullock, and Meg Ryan, mostly comedies, (and action in the case of Sandra Bullock). Very little women in peril for these two. Am I right again?

that is not nice to judge people of the color of their eyes. I have green eyes and I am a nice woman. :)

Hi, my name's Melissa and since you noticed the women's eye color instead of the god damn fact than an idiotic man beat the hell out of a woman for no other reason that is SANE... maybe it fits you, your question that is. I think you need to learn sensitivity and not waste people's time with your mindless questioning, thank you... you've pissed me off.

WOOHOO - I agree with you completely!! This lady is obviously very superficial and lacks compassion. I doubt they would have a GREEN eyed woman, playing a woman with brown eyes. It all comes down to the eye color of the woman in peril, not the actress. Some people missed the "common sense" bus on their way in.

What is it about posters with weird user names like mapmanmsl posting these ridiculous threads. I mean come on, who notices or is really worried about things like the color of a person's eyes having any connection with the plot? Let's see, Why don't you post something like "What is it about men with brown hair doing all these baseball movies?" That would make about as much sense. I mean who really gives a flying **####****###??????

What the hell are you blubbering about??? This thread is nonsense & gibberish!!!

Well, I would assume that the women being portrayed, have GREEN eyes - DUH. The actors are picked for there resemblence and acting skills. Maybe the actresses that do comedy movies, don't have the talent, to do a drama. In fact, Nancy McKeon, was reluctant to do this role, but eventually agreed. Maybe it is GREEN eyed women that are always in peril, hence the movies made about their lives. I doubt they would have a GREEN eyed woman, playing a woman with brown eyes. It all comes down to the eye color of the woman in peril, not the actress.

COMMON SENSE SHOULD BE GLOBAL - WHERE'S YOURS?

Okay, so this green eyed playin brown eyed thing ain't the first or last.
Alas, Green eyed Angelina Jolie playin as Brown Eyed Char. Lara Croft, Green eyed Juaquin Phoenix playin as brown-eyed Johnny Cash, and blue-eyed Russell Crow playing as a brown-eyed spaniard in Gladiator. So I get the point.

I believe all these actresses were offered these roles for their talent, not their eyes :)
