This movie is great, witty, funny and involving. I'm suprised there's not more discussion about it. Lloyd Bridges has to be one of the coolest grandpas ever. And Isabella looks beautiful!! Great way to spend some time, if you can find the movie. Try Amazon or Netflix.

A fun movie with two of my favorite actresses (Isabella and Sean Young).
I adore this film and will watch it when I come across it on satellite no matter how far along it is. I'd put it in my top 10. There are so many wonderful performances, scenes, dialogue, and scenery (not to mention the hypnotic soundtrack) but I just love the part where the old lady aunt (who was also memorable in Moonstruck) takes something back at the end of the film (don't want to ruin it for someone who hasn't seen it yet).

shareSaw this movie the year it came out. I fell in love with it, and I find that (for me, anyway!) it really holds up. Love the chemistry between Ted Danson and Isabella Rossellini, the humor, the music--just a sweet, fun movie.
