Is this a tragedy about women in modern society? (spoil)

1. Lady has smart, powerful, loyal husband that anyone should be jealous of.
2. Lady is ungrateful. She lies to him and cheats on him with some completely random loser.
3. Innocent husband suspects nothing and when he finds out he takes revenge for her betrayal as is appropriate in the classic sense.
4. Lady not only kills her husband, but all the other rabble support her!

Maybe about human being in a way, even IF indeed, men are mostly the perpetrators rather than tragic victims for the most part?
