This sucks! I have read this film was shown in theaters for a short time, But i know HBO played the film dozens of times, So is it possible the movie was never shot in widescreen? If so then thats fine, but IMDB has it at 1.85 widescreen. Can't be sure. I'll still buy the DVD cause i know the movie will never have a shot back on DVD for a second time.

Broken i picked up the dvd today. There is no extras but the dvd does include an insert which was surprising, I need to relive memories tonight as i watch it, let me know what you think of the dvd once you get it.
shareHey modern, I got my copy today. I only had a sneak peek into it yet, but I'm really looking forward to see the movie again (for the 1000th time ;)). Especially for the first time in its original version. I only saw it dubbed in German yet.
shareEnjoy it. There are so many funny quotes. I just wish they hadve made a soundtrack cause there are a few songs that i like, especially during the chase scene and the brawl at the bar.

And lol, I found out by watching it tonight that the German version actually is cut. The scene in which Costas calls Shortcake's wife a piece of ass was removed :)

I'm asking it for Christmas this year. Sounds like a worthwhile movie with laughs, bad writing, and lots of crashed cars.
