can anyone please tell me the song at the very end when they are getting married?

Hi! I think the song you mean is called "After all" and is by cher and Peter Cetera. I just happen to have found it in my dads cd collection and yes i have been listening to it on repeat! Hope this helped you out.

After All was the Prom Theme song my Junior year in highschool. It was strange because the movie came out in 1989, my junior prom was in 1997 and I watched Chances Are for the first time a week after my prom not knowing the song was in the movie. I'm super Lame! Chances Are was my favorite movie for years. It's a comfort movie that reminds me of simpler times.
