help with another movie just like this

I'm trying to remember another movie that had a very similar plot as this one that came out "i think" a few years later.

A guy and a girl die and they are trying to go to heaven, so then they watch movies about different good deeds they did during their life to go to heaven. If you didn't do enough good things you go back to earth if you did you go to heaven.

The guy and girl meet and fall in love. the girl did enough good things to go to heaven the guy did not. at the end the guy jumps off a train or something to find the girl and then he also gets to go to heaven.

yeah this prolly didn't make any sense but if it did and you know what I am talking about please help a brother out

Defending Your Life
is the name of the movie I was talking about and if you haven't seen it I recommend it!

Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?

Defending Your Life is my favorite Albert Brooks movie. You should also check out "Made In Heaven" (1987) and "Heart and Souls" (1993; also starring RDJ)
