I got this from Netflix, but when I watched it, I couldn't hear the characters talking. I could hear the music and the sound effects but no talking. I sent it back and had the same problem with the next copy. I encountered the same problem with the DVD of Boarding House. Anyone know whats going on?

Well the copy I saw had all of the dialog (productiom audio) on the left channel and the foley and score on the right. So maybe you were only getting the right channel.
