Has anyone playied find Robert Englund in the movie?

Sad to say it but I loved this movie. I loved it as a kid, sneaking out like I always did, watching Up All Night, and watching this movie. For years I always tryied to find it, couldn't remember the name just the ending. Always thought Bud the Chud was a vampire/ghoul. The part I remember and still love the beating heart, ripping out scene. Glad to know I wasn't the only one out there who remembered that scene. Now I know the movie, as well as own it on dvd. It is out there just on a 8 pack dvd set at Wallmart, or on Ebay.

So anyway while I was watching I was like what the h*ll is Englund doing walking the street with kids? I mean it's that quick, I'm still trying to figure out why he was there? Was he on set, friends with the director?

Anyone else seen him in the movie? Just that quick Halloween scene.

Yeah, his scene was very brief. You see him walking with the kids across the street, then that's it. I was almost anticipating them to cut back to him and Robert quip out a nice one-liner about their costumes or something, but they didn't. Norman Fell had more screen time and lines than Robert. Mr. Roper got turned into a CHUD!

Priscilla Pointer, who was in A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET 3, was also in this. Are they friends? Maybe she had something to do with it?
