Trivial Goof

One trivial goof in the script is when Peter Strauss refers to "E Boulevard" during part of the story that takes place in Cleveland. Anyone from Cleveland will recognize that he is really referring to East Boulevard. It may have been abbreviated as "E. Boulevard" in the script, but no one from Cleveland would ever call it "E," only "East."

Does anyone know if the references to the Mossad in the story are realistic?

But is Saul (Peter Strauss) a native of Cleveland?
We sometimes refer to the USA as Yank-Land, but that's coz we're not Americans.
Same thing.

Mossad - What specifically?
They do exist. They even have their own website now.
I imagine that David Morrell was (as always) relatively accurate in the novel, although how much of that made it to film, I don't know.

They do sometimes participate in exchange programmes and collaborations with their allied intelligence agencies.

...sort of like a non-New Yorker pronouncing New York's Houston Street "Hyew-ston" (like the large city in Texas) rather than "How-ston" (the way New Yorkers pronounce it)...

Maybe it was done on purpose, to show that he is NOT from Cleveland?
