What Language?

Ok, this is confusing me, but I've seen two different versions of this movie; one in English and one in German. It's weird because in both versions the mouths seem to be moving with what they're saying, lol, so I can't figure out if one of them is dubbed or what? I'm just wondering in which version is the real voices of the actors?
