A friend of mine wants to buy some Best Of The BEst action figures which he swears he`s een-any idea if they exist and where?

As for the OP, I do collect action figures [Yeah me, not my "friend" ] and I've never heard of "BOTB" having an action figure line. It's not the sort of franchise that could support a toy line.
There are dozens of cheap martial arts figures out there from the 80's that came out in the wake of the Ninja craze and the success of "The Karate Kid" though. That's probably what he saw.
