Baseball bat broken against Dae Han's leg - are you kidding me?

In a video clip of Korean team's training, one of the team members/coaches/sensei/whoever breaks a baseball bat against Dae Han's leg. How could they come up with something as ridiculous as this? I know professional fighters/martial artists are trained to be a lot stronger and endure a lot more pain and physical effort than ordinary people, but come on! No matter how much they train and how much stronger they get, their bone structure doesn't change. A strong hit like that would rather break Dae Han's leg than make a single scratch on the bat, unless the bat was rotten or Dae Han's legs were made of steel. My point is: even thought martial artists are able to break wooden boards, there's no way their legs, when hit with a thick wooden baseball bat, would make a bat break apart!

Lots of fighters can break bats with their shins. I have never seen it done by swinging the bat though. Most breaking is more the trick than a high skill level, but you have to be able to deliver the goods.

Your bone density increases when you practice martial arts. Look up Wolffs Law.
