Waaay back in the early 90's!
I got it from my library this week because I remember it from my childhood.
I still remembered the scene by the lake, and Beethoven walking around without a shirt...it's funny the things a person remembers, huh.

I saw it as part of HBO's After School Special Series in the mid-90s. There were other composers, too. In fact, the series may have been "Composers' Stories" or something. Does anyone else remember seeing this excellent series?

I saw this movie when I was in Grade 3 in the year 2002/03... ten years ago! I finally found it on youtube, and even though I had only watched it once as a kid, it's such a nice memory... I'm gonna watch it again soon.
