I made a topic about this before but it seems to have been deleted. Bob was the Joker's only real friend and in the end The Joker blames him for Batman stealing his baloons. Then he kills him for it and doesn't even feel any emotion about it. Guess it goes to show what a psychopath he is. He kills his best friend over something that wasn't even his fault.
