I think Jack Nicholson Joker would work fantastic with Harley Quinn as his right hand women.

I think Alicia had hints of what would become Harley Quinn. Just think, if she had a reaction to having her face scarred with acid that was more akin to Jack/the Joker. But instead, it seemed to make her catatonic and suicidal.

They has been different versions much like their has been different Clayfaces. Harleen Quinzel was not created yet, true. Technically, they could have used a version of her, or created their own, much like Timm and Dini did.

Well, she was suppose to appear in a movie call Batman Triumphant but thanks to the disaster of Batman and Robin, never happened and she didn't even appear in the The Dark Knight trilogy despite it was a great trilogy.
