As to how many people actually really hate this film which is at worst medicore (4-6 out of 10) or are being influenced by other voters on the site and see the movie (if they actually see it at all or just jumped on the bandwagon) in a prejudiced negative light.

I'm an Adam Sandler fanatic and a year or so ago when I was in Blockbuster I saw this movie in the comedy section and I was like, "woah, an Adam movie I haven't seen!" I rented it, and having never heard a comment on it before, watched it. Actually, I didn't finished watching it because I honestly could not sit through it. It was absolutely and completely the most boring movie ever. It was so cheesy. There were a few parts where I chuckled, but that's the best that happened. I made it to about 40 minutes into the movie, apparently now that I have read reviews on it, people say the ending is the funniest part. Hmmm.

lol I was one of the many people who enjoyed Sandler's other movies, coz they were just simple and fun. So when I saw this in the video store, I was thinking "What's this? I've never even heard of this one".
I think there should be some form of petition that we could all sign that would stop who ever wrote this piece of *beep* from ever writing a script again, ever. How was this movie a comedy? There wasn't even any mindless humour in there. This movie was just plain not funny.
I feel sorry for Adam Sandler, who would have taken on the part to try and launch a career. Now he must really regret having been in this hunk of crap, and I take pity that there are so many copies of this movie out there, so he can't exactly cover up the fact that he participated in this movie.
Although, I did see this a while ago, it was definitely on DVD. Why, oh why would this movie ever go through the process of being brought out on DVD? I wonder if a movie of this calibre could generate the money that would be needed to fund the therapy that Adam Sandler would need to go through to forget this.
I didn't intend my comments to be quite so lengthy, but this movie is just so damn bad that I just could not stop myself from typing. This movie inspires a pure hatred from deep within me. Avoid it like the corrosive waste that it is. Seriously, don't even breathe in the same room as this movie. You will get the plague.
