favorite asterix flick?

it seems like the makers of this took a spone of miraculix' pot as well, the sequence about 35 minutes in is like the creator was on an acid trip, suprised at how enjoyable this is to adults, alot of fun, i guess that's the thing about some older animated movies. when the charlatan has lost his coat he looks like a shaved miraculix, with his former state of mind being transformed to him as well. much of this particulary towards the end seem to chug along and don't seem as rich as some of the other movies in the series. the animation is more advanced ofcourse but "twelve tasks" was always the one i liked best. but the dubbing on this is the most far out, atleast the version i got.

in a shack away from the modern airport,
stored from yesterdays airshow,
locked within the big doors,
stands ernie's airplane and glows,
every day he enter on the clock,
and polish that old beauty up,
but all in town know,
the old man and airplane don't fly anymore,
but we still stand and gather around,
reminisce the nostalgic shows in the sky,
and though we all now have grown,
we still fly with our young days heroes,
early one morning when noone were around,
through window someone saw ernie walkin an old pilots hat grinnin smile,
as we came out saw the airplane scramblin in the sky,
as it flew on away where it went down nobody know,
but all of these characters now they're all dead and gone,
the junkyard lost a dollar as ernie's airplane went lost in the sun.

The Twelve Tasks of Asterix (1976). No contest.

Although, Asterix and the Vikings (2006) comes close when it comes to visuals (beautiful water color style animation looks amazing), but a weak story and horrible attempts at current comedy bring it down fast.
