I don't know if anyone else noticed this but in the beginning of the movie at the karate championships where Sean fights the British guy, the guy playing the ref is also same guy who played the lazy eyed ninja bad guy in 2. HAHAHAH. Talk about recycling.

Yes, indeed that was Mike Stone, former martial arts sensei of Priscilla Presley in the 1970's and older brother of superstar actress Sharon Stone. He had an affair with Presley prior to Elvis committing suicide in 1977. He has since been a martial arts trainer in several of the ninja-themed Cannon movies starting from "Enter The Ninja" in 1981. He played the lead Ninja in "American Ninja 2: The Confrontation." He had a cameo in "AM 3: Blood Hunt" as the referee.
