Good consolation for many of the grieving...

This sad, but uplifting film can be a good consolation for someone who has lost a loved one to death, especially a premature death...a realistic, yet consoling view of the afterlife and of the grieving left behind on Earth.

Poor Dorinda has a HARD time with Pete's death, but even if she can rise again and go on without Pete living, there's hope for the vast majority of us...especially since Dorinda's not that strong emotionally at the beginning of the film.

I think of darling Princess Diana and what a swell person she was and how her sons and other loved ones coped with her death...Diana sure had lots of people to go back and inspire...
