Needed more cats

Only one cat in the whole movie, the little guy chilling on the dock eating his fish dinner who gets scared by Charley. I would have liked to see more kitties.

How would you have liked cats to have been portrayed in the movie? Would you like them as good guys, bad guys or both? What would you have them do?

I hated that the sequel portrayed cats in such a negative light.
