Worthy of an MSK3k riff

I saw this on Encore the other night and couldn't stop laughing. All I could think of is this would have been a perfect MST3k episode. In addition to all the bad aspects of a movie (cheesy synthesizer music, bad acting, horrible costumes (that black bra-showing outfit of the secretary is a classic), rediculas special effects, and a beefy woman who I thought was a man) there are some MST3k connections here:

- Cole, the 'man' on the run, was played by Ross Hagen from Hellcats (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0061759/) and Sidehackers (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0061671/).
- Ward Armstrong, the ranger, was played by John Phillip Law who played Kalgon in Space Mutiny (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0096149/) and was also in the very last MST3k, Diabolik (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0062861/).

Come to think of it, this film reminds me a lot of Space Mutiny, and it really deserves a MST3k riff or at the very least, a Film Crew riffing.

This movie is so bad, it's almost TOO easy to parody. MST3K would've chosen a more interesting film.

I saw this on encore as well and I thought he same thing. Some serious MST3K material right here.

Nah, this film was pretty good, 6/10

This movie was GREAT! I had a great time riffing it one rainy night when I was browsing On Demand for something entertaining. The MST crew should definitely take a crack at this one. I had plenty of Airwolf and Ross Hagen jokes in my head, I'm sure the guys could tear this one apart.
