It's pretty simple; this is the best film any of these actors/actresses would ever be in. The height of most of their careers. The single exception to this is Bruce Dern. It could be argued that his best role is in the film The Cowboys. I won't hold that against anyone but this is easily his second best role. A very close second.
shareI'm not familiar with Bruce Dern outside this film. I am familiar with Rick Ducommun. This is the only movie I've seen where he's a main character. The other 2 films I've seen him in are Die Hard and Last Action Hero where he plays really small roles where he's there for just a minute.
