Is this on tv/streaming anywhere?

Can't find it anywhere in syndication, just wondering if it's on Chiller channel or something like Netflix, etc. Thanks-

The last channel I saw it on was FEARNET, but that channel no longer exists. All the episodes are on YouTube however as far as I can tell.

Most of the series is YouTube.
