shareNo. This show was made in 1989. Wario wasn't made until like 1992, and I'm not so sure about Waluigi and I know he was made after Wario was.
shareNope, the closest you are going to get are the lookalikes in Plumber's Acedemy and even then there aren't the "evil" plumbers.

shareWaLuigi is the man, but he's never been in any real Mario game. He's been in the GOlf, Tennis, Party etc. Wario and WaLuigi should bee enemies in the next adventure Mario game, or maybe play as them and take over the Mushroom Kingdom with Koopa. I love games where you can play the bad guy, good guys suck.
shareI love Waluigi. I use him all the time in Mario Kart DS and Mario Tennis, Golf, etc. I wish he had been in Brawl but the closest you can get is the purple hat and stuff for Luigi's alternate colors.

All of your information is right, you shouldn't have used caps. It makes to seem like you are shouting, and why would anybody shout over a cartoon from the 80s?

I remember I hated Waluigi when I first saw him in a Mario sports game and thought he was dumb, but I have grown to appreciate him. After all, if you have the Mario borthers, why cant Wario have a brother too. It really makes good sense. Im glad we havent seen a Wa-Peach or a Wa-Toad. And yes, they really should make a real game with Waluigi in it.

Well, the closest they've ever come to having a Wa-Peach is Daisy, except she's not evil. As for Wa-Toad, the only character that even comes close is Toxic Toad Z from Mario Party Advance.
