Hilarious mistakes on episodes

I loved this show as a kid. Apart from its crazy adventure and offbeat humour, what I always remembered were the mistakes. Things like different colors, Mario eating spaghetti with a spoon, Luigi in red rather than green, King koopa missing his shell etc. There were many episodes with such mistakes, but the one that shocked me was called "Hooded Robin" a Robin Hood parody. King Koopa with Toad's voice killed me!

DiC is known f or it's various colouring errors like Sunbow was.

However, In "Quest for Pizza", Luigi talks with Princess' voice.

There was one episode, can't remember the name of it right now, where Luigi says "Good thing we saved these blah blah blah, right Mario". The only thing was, it was MARIO'S mouth moving.

Anyone notice Captain Lou trip a little bit at the beginning of the intro?
