Problems on Disney+?

I joined Disney+ today and am currently watching the Kamp Krusty episode, but it's in widescreen, when the original was 4:3. So my guessing is, the screen area has been cropped in many places, resulting in the loss of many captions and jokes. I heard this was the case months ago, so have they fixed this oversight?

Even though you lose some animation, I prefer it over watching letterbox aspect.

I haven't noticed. I have noticed a LOT of loading (the disc spinning) in the middle of episodes. Doesn't seem to happen in the movies or Mandalorian, but almost every episode of the Simpsons.

You can toggle a switch in "details" to change aspect ratio.
