When Apu and Manjula are taking the second pregnancy test, a pirate comes up on the test. Apu says pirates are wild. What did he mean and how could that be positive on the pregnancy test?

For example, if someone says "deuces are wild", that means that all of the 2's in the deck can represent any other card. So, if you have three aces, a two, and a 7, then you actually have four aces since the two can be treated as another ace. So, that's what makes the joke funny. They can make the pirate face represent another baby face. Almost like they can be pregnant if they want to be.
