I do think he has a learning disability (I don't like referring to people as retards).
shareI don't like referring to mentally handicapped people as retarded. Doing so is unfair to them, and lumps them in with the retards you have to deal with at places like Wal-Mart, or the people who make policy in city government. Those guys are real retards.
