These episodes seem out of place and really have nothing to do with the regular series. What is the point of them? For one there is no bell at the Malibu Beach club so SAVED BY THE BELL makes no sense at this. Its like its a spin off or a different TV series.

I guess they're meant to be summer episodes, ie showing what they get up to on their summer vacation. Lots of shows try something new, new scenery, new setting. In terms of taking the gang out of bayside, I always thought the beach house episodes were some of the strongest.

The order of SBTB episodes that were aired is hilarious. You got episodes from season 2 in season 4, and then the pilot is the second to last episode in season 1 haha. I'd really like to view them in the order they were filmed.

I actually enjoyed those episodes. It would be really cool to work at a place like that with all your friends. And the storylines were all decent no duds. I would have liked more Malibu sand episodes. But I respect your opinion.

shareThe saved by the bell execs did not spend a lot of time on the show being sequential. Their are many errors throughout the series and the Malibu Sands seems to be their summer between the junior and senior year. However they were some of the better episodes and they should had went back for a season after graduation and before college. I'm guessing that they had no idea they would play these shows so much in syndication that we would notice. I love the show and even with the goofs feel it is timeless.
