Netflix Taking Show Down?
I was just rewatching some episodes and a message popped up saying the show would be removed January 1st. Is it at all possible to keep it on? Because I really don't want to lose one of my favorite shows!
shareYou can try contacting them but don't get your hopes up. Netflix doesn't really care about what the users want. Once they make up their mind usually it's all said and done and damn the watchers.
Since the announcement that QL was going to be deleted from Netflix I've purchased the series on DVD,
I found it for $44 on eBay. The seller still has four copies left and it's the best deal on the Internet. Especially since seasons 3 and 5 are almost impossible to find by themselves. I'd go snap it up fast.
You are so right about Netflix, and not sure where you live, but they have pretty much told Canadian Viewers they are not worth anything and if everyone in Canada cancelled it would be "good riddance", and could care less that they get crap shows and if and mean IF, putting anything that is popular not worth the time to bother adding the show(s). Arrow, though to many not as good a show as was but still not bothering on Canadian netflix or Flash, and know many have asked been told "too expensive" to bother, uh right ?@!?. There are several shows that many would love to see but instead shows that no one likes or has any kind of real interest and even 98% of the comments are asking why it is even on as it is crap/boring/nonsense, no real story or just huh? who cares. No we and at least 17 others plus was told by some of the 17 they know several more who just told netflix to shove it, though some were prob a bit more crud. Now watching shows on other free sights that if you request do the best they can to get the show or direct you where you maybe able to watch it. Only show that was something some of us would like to see is Fuller House as campy as know it will be and is, watch over at the couple people who still have netflix and/or, well set up a new account with different card for the free watch, and then cancel again, less they decide to get their heads out of their backsides...Sorry for run on, never have been good with editing.
Also should prob not try typing when over tired and have had a over long hard week and seeing straight, not happening right now.

It's not that they just delete it because they want to, it's because their license runs out. They need to relicense the series to be able to put it back up.
To me Netflix is going in a wrong direction with all their new shows, but for them it's cheaper to produce their own shows which they can keep for ever, as to have to rebuy the license to old shows. But the old shows is what MADE Netflix interesting to me, I'm not interested in the new shows (especially if they aren't done yet).
I never had any problems (here in the Netherlands) to get all the seasons..
