Best Edition of the DVD Set to Buy?

I would like to buy the dvd set however I can see that there are different editions available. I am not overly interested in the set including the movies or the animated series as I am not as struck on these.

One thing I have heard is that scenes from some episodes have been deleted, including the turkey weighing scene from the Christmas episode. Madness!

Does the most recent set include these scenes within the original episodes? I see that the later sets may include the two shorter sketches (Library and Bus Stop) which I enjoyed.
