How is Isla Blair's Name Pronounced?

Although I first saw Isla Blair (Ruth) in “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade,” in which she had a very small role, I first took notice of this very talented actress in this great miniseries. I am wondering how her name is pronounced (since I have never come across it before): Iz-la or Isle + a (“isle,” as in “island”)???
