The Splish Splash episode was extremely annoying.

This is the episode where Zoe chooses to use a birthing pool in her birthing procedure. And her husband, Mr. Callender, at some point in the episode, like right at the start, tries to tell that she cannot use the birthing pool. I think this was just a comedic contrivance to try to create some humour here. It's just annoying to think that he would care whether she used a birthing pool or not. If Zoe uses a birthing pool it doesn't reflect on Mr. Callender's character or his family or anything. There are many parts of "May to December" that are annoying and this was one of them. I think Eve Matheson was more annoying than Lesley Dunlop. Today is April 19th, 2012 and our local PBS TV station, KTEH, is showing an episode of "May to December" every week and I just watch it to see Rebecca Lacey and so that I won't have to buy it on DVD. There was a big loss of continuity when Eve Matheson left to do theatre and by reading other posts here I can figure out why Eve left.
