GFCH

To the reviewer who wrote:
"The Garfudge - i.e. the garage in an advertisement for a house that they were buying was typical gentle humour"

What Alec read in the advert was GFCH which he pronounced Gafudge, it of course stands for Gas Fired Central Heating.
He evens spells it out in that scene and at the end of the episode it's said by both Zoe and Alec as they realise it's meaning.
