Hate to Say It, but...

The show was pretty much crap. The sketches weren't funny, the music mediocre, and the cast, most of them were so green! Now, I looooooooooved MMC back in the day. I remember crying one time, when I missed one episode (pathetic, I know!) -- JC, Justin & Ryan were my favorites - by the way, What happened to JC?! He's hideous now! I came upon some of my old tapes the other day, and popped one in just for old time's sake. It was horrible. Sure, kind of kid-cutesy, but pretty embarrassing.

I admit I do still have a fondness for the show (based on my childhood memories, clearly), but for those people who are looking for episodes to buy, I don't think it's worth going out of your way for. You might be disappointed and possibly disturbed.

I totally disagree! I think what you are feeling is, the show isn't the same as it used to be for you, since it's really a kid's show, and you are now an adult. I think everything seems immature to you now, as it should. However, I think the show was extremely creative for its time, and I think the cast members were VERY talented. If you can act / sing / dance like that, please let me know.

yeah lili you have to agree the talent was amazing... matt casella, the man who discovered the talent for the show, was a genius!

Totally agree. The show was an embarrassment. We thought it was cool when we were kids/teens, but it had such low production values.

I can't remember the last time I even saw this show but it was my life when it started back in I think 1989, I was in jr high. It was great. I had the biggest crush on Damon.

Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop & look around once in awhile you could miss it - Ferris
