No help - but I'd like to echo everything you have just said...

I was younger and saw two of the three episodes (don't you dare tell me the rest - I've waited over a decade to watch it!)

Any info on how to get it would be grately appreciated

i saw this film on the A and E Network in 1990, 91 or 92. i taped the entire film; it was shown twice in its entirety. i loaned the vhs tape to a friend who lost it immediately without seeing it. sometimes i felt as though i imagined seeing it.
did you have any luck on ebay?
a and e denies ever having it. weird, isn't it.
why can't anyone find it anywhere?!!

I saw it Christmastime in 1989 when I was visiting my brother's in Amarillo for Xmas and it was one of those intriguing shows you never forget, especially since I am a sci-fi buff since childhood. I'm sure it was on a cable channel because I don't get cable and I wouldn't have seen it if I hadn't been at their house. I always wanted to see it again, especially since I missed parts of it when other people would change the channel. When I saw it, it was a 2 or 3 part mini-series. Would love to see it again. I wasn't even sure what the name was till I found it on IMDB. I do ebay all the time so I'll go check it out now that I know what title to look for.

It definitely existed so don't worry. They filmed a lot of it at my school. The fight scene in the playground was a load of kids a couple of years below me. My sister has a photo of Charles Dance on the stairs. Been a while since I've seen it anywhere.

St. B's. I was one of those kids. I remember that we did it after school one day and they were recording us for a very long time. Then, when it came on TV I remember being disappointed as the bit in the playground that used our sound effects lasted only a second or two.

If you google around the DVD sites, you can find ways to get a decent DVD player to do region 2.

Also, I think PowerDVD takes care of regional problems on the PC.

Good luck.

Now, where will I find "Chimera"?

"I don't recall dying - must have happened when I was too drunk to give a flying FU.....

I liked this too back then and also found it difficult to track down.

I managed to get it and would be happy to share it.

It's in two AVI (despite it being a three parter on the telly) files about 733mb each.

i'm guessing that would fit on wetransfer if anyone is interested.

PM me I guess and we'll have a talk.
