Funniest episode of cops ive ever seen

the cop approaches a black guy who is on his side of the fence. the cop says something like "don't even think about running man ill catch you". the guy books it. The camera man finally catches up.

and what he get is a scene of the guy on his back with his leg in the air outstretched, with the officer trying to help him with his leg cramp. and the guys like "nahhh man pull it more" and the cops like "like this"

it was so weird because I expected him to be cuffed and instead you ge this extremely weird sports injury segment with the cop trying to help the guy before cuffing him

I believe it was season 14... I really can't remember.. makes me almost want to download them all and find it so others can see.

I actually laughed my head off watching it. it was one of the most ridiculous and unexpected things I have ever seen in life.
