I'm a big fan of Jason Durr and loving his potrayal of David, but, I missed his first few episodes so I was wondering did they explain if there is something medically wrong with him or is he just genuinely shy?

If I remember correctly he had depression and the DWP made him to back to work, he felt that he wasn't ready to go back

He explained in last weeks episode that he'a bipolar.
