I watched it for the drama and plot and acting
is like saying I read Playboy for the articles. LOL
shareI know what you're saying and I agree, but there were some good plots and good acting in SOME episodes.
I am watching it all again now and I would have to say I watch it for the beautiful women in bikinis mostly, and some good action sequences on the water.
Some stuff is pretty crap, like the songs during the episodes where you just have to hit fast forward.
If you go through the cast list its staggering the amount of famous actors that got their start, and made money to keep them going.
shareYou can say that about the x-files. The original show made tons of nobodies into stars. I've seen the entire Baywatch series at least 3 times and none of them have ever appeared in anything noteworthy later on. Baywatch killed careers and it did that well. But I still loved it.
