Film wanted/Title?

Im after a film but have been given fairly few clues as to what happens...

A brother and sister are captured on a drugs charge and placed in a thai prison (possibly).

The sister is repeatedly attacked and raped by a prison guard and the pair end up attempting to escape through underground tunnels.

Ring any bells to anyone?
