I don't get it - when she gets caught at the airport with the drugs, why does the drug smuggler guy look so unconcerned? It's almost as if he was *expecting* it to happen, the way he was acting. Didn't he know they get dogs to sniff all the luggage, and that it would get detected? Either this guy was incredibly stupid or I'm missing something.
shareOf course he was expecting it to happen. Even if they had dogs and stuff Katrina was the one who had the drugs, so by that system she's the one to blame. By the time they could take any action he would be flying to Australia with a fake passport. He had everything planned, he knew HE would be safe, and that was the major concern. He had to take the risk of losing the drug, but I guess saving his life was a more important. He only wanted Katrina to be the "mule" so to speak. What other ways to smuggle the drugs could he use if he wanted to be clean of all suspicion?

I dont think he planned for her to get caught. He wanted her to get through Thai customs and onto the plane so he could get the drugs from her when they arrived in Australia. That was his plan, however due to the flights being full, Katrina wanted to go via Bangkok and with Arkie knowing Thailands stance on drugs tried to talk her out of it.
The second lady at the Airport that Arkie meets, I dont think she had an drugs on her, he mearly struck up a conversation with her so it didnt look like he was travelling with Kat.
