Zombie 3 Epic Fight Scene.

Zombie 3 Epic Fight Scene (spoiler). That bit where one of the soldiers is fighting the Zombies in the hut\well dwelling by the river. The music playing is synth cheese pop. He is knocking the crap out of them and another one pops out of a doorway above his head , like it had been waiting for him " ha ha suprise suprise" he beats that one, then beats the crap out of another on the wooden bridge, knocks it of and the cheese music stops.. Then it bursts through the bridge and the cheese pop starts up again.. Then he finaly wins by bashing its head in with a plank of wood.... Classic stuff. Even better than the flying head scene. This older thread gives a link to the trailer with the cheese pop playing, plus the flying head scene.. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0096511/board/thread/52850616

Cheese pop synth? It's actually a great soundtrack. Respect Mainetti for breathing the best aspect of the movie into this cavity where there were dead lungs before.

I dunno. I think "great soundtrack," I think Nino Rota's music for Romeo and Juliet. This, not so much.

Just imagine holding that plank of wood at the point when the head comes flying outa the fridge. I would spank that severed head, as it comes hurtling towards me with drool slathering from its parched lips, for a home run!! On second thoughts...as the fridge was in a kitchen, the head would probably bounce of a few walls and land teeth first on my forehead - typical of my luck haha.

The flying head scene is a classic. I wanna meet the guy that came up with that idea, he probably has a ton of weed on him.

The fight scene which you talk about at the well/hut was shot at a Ihaw Ihaw, which is a Filipino equivalent of a barbecue

Thanks for that info.

The fight scene which goes on forever, was not directed by Fulci. Fulci at the time of filming this movie was really sick so Deran took over the directorship, he was also in many of these scenes, he was the only one who shouted cut.

The music is what makes the fight scenes so epic. :)

that fĂșcker would just not die. Haha. I love all the hiding zombies in this movie as you say "surprise!" especially the ones hiding in the hay at the end.

Yeah, and what about the one hiding on the ceiling? This film is comedy gold.

There's one hiding in the top of a cupboard as well at some point in the film.

I had so much fun making up my own lyrics to the music in this film, but the scene you mention kicked the most ass. The zombie hanging from a rafter, THEN, the one zombie lodged within the confines of the kiosk. It really doesn't get better than that.

Now, I suggest you watch the scene again, and just SING whatever is happening with a cheesy voice.

"Oh, the zombies attacking from the ceiling,
cause that's what zombies do,
And a zombie in the kiosk,
it's about time you killed him and screw"

I can honestly say I had more fun watching this pile of 5hit than I've had watching any other films in my collection.
I was wanting to call friends and ask if they want to see it, just pretend I just got it to lure them in.

This is too funny. Six years later and your back checking the latest on this beast of a film.

I'm going to have to watch this again very very soon, it's all permenenatly ingrained in my memory but the reality is always so much sweeter.

Along with the surpirse zombie, the ones hiding in the suddenly-appearing hay at the end were my favourites.

"I'm out of ammo!" *several minutes of gunfire*

Also, I feel one of the unsung heroes of this film are the epic gesture lead scientist and the military commander:

*wildly gesticulating hands while explaining very reasonable situation*
"Shut up, that's science-fiction."

Also, I wish all film characters would front-flip over tables instead of walking around them.

Time to blow
