Blu Ray or DVD

I downloaded the blu ray version and connected it with my tv, i thought it was watchable but i would still very much like a restoration and for the second one two, preferably in a two movie collection, would be great. I own the second one on dvd since its not available on blu ray. But i think i'll just get the first one on blu ray since there are no news of a restoration at least i can't seem to find one.

Have you heard of some restoration?

Yes the first one for a bluray release, however do the negative reviews on it I never bought the bluray simply because it also doesn't have any of the special features and the commentary with Lou diamond phillips, Dermot Mulroney and Casey siemasko. I'm soooooo hoping for a new bluray of the first one and putting out the 2nd one as well. Definitely these films need it!!!
