Who was the actor that threatened Billy in the bar
he looks and sounds familiar but I just can't place it. Billy empties his gun while he brags and Billy shoots him down once he realizes what happened. Thanks,All

The only other thing I've seen him in is an episode of Airwolf, I thought he was a famous actor when I saw him.
ps that scene was pretty funny where he takes the bullets out and shoots him. It could've been brutal but they played it just right.
