Missing DVD insert

The dvd does not come with a dvd insert. Why? And does anyone else have the same problem?

Mine didnt come with one either.. Thats just how DVD's are sometimes

I cant even remember the last time I bought a dvd with an insert. They almost never have them anymore.

its that slip of paper thats sometimes in the inside of the dvd case under the "clips".
