Question about the ending
I've probably missed something here, but who is the guy that the brothers shoot? And why do they shoot him?

shareHe was a Police informant. He is the same guy the Godfather asked to have killed at the start of the movie after the brother initially gets in trouble.
shareHe is not really a police informant..he is one of the gangmembers and got busted by the cops in a raid as explained by one of the seniors to Wah and later their Godfather inform both Wah and Tony about that guy ('Tai Hau Gei') who has agreed to co-operate with the cops to be the key witness to their association's illegal activities and therefore he has to be killed before he gets to appear in court and Fly volunteered to do it even though someone else has been by the godfather.
Actually Wah haven't die. However he became insane & detained in jail. Ngor visited him & feed him orange. At the same time, she remembered the love scene with Wah, then she cried. The ending is very sadness.
shareHuh

I really prefer the original ending instead. The alternate ending sucks. Lol.
shareI found it funny at the end that the Big Brother guy had been shot in the back of the head but was still alive.
shareThat isn't necessarily a true ending. It seems like an alternate ending. But more so than that, it looks like a karaoke for this film. The Chinese captions at the end describe the song (who wrote it, sang it, etc.).
